The issue that I want to report is that one of my airplanes was seized for non payment despite the fact that I was making money. I'm not sure why this happened and was curious if anyone knew.
If your cash balance is negative on the day the aircraft payment is due a few consecutive times it does not matter if you are making money the plane will be seized.
As Jason wrote, the reason for aircrafts being seized for nonpayment is because of the account balance at the given time of lease payment.
so even if you turn a profit your aircrafts may be terminated if you miss 3 consequtive payments on the lease.
