Boeing 707-120 base cost $3.75 mil? R2

I'm leasing a Boeing 707-120.  Base cost is supposed to be $833,333/month.

Mine is well... not that. its $3.75 million/month (see pic).

Am I missing something?!

$833,333/month is the leasing cost, so the amount per month that you pay to the lessor (the system). The base cost is a maintenance cost for maintaining the fleet type in your airline, outside of the leasing fees.
