A350-1000

Posted by AIRmaster8 on 02 September 2015 - 08:12 PM

It says here that the A350-1000 has a max capacity of 440, not 450.

Thanks for letting us know, i will double check with a couple of sources and come back to you :)

i have now double checked with avivable information regarding the A350.

As AE Use Certified max capacity sometimes the values on the manufactuerers webpages may differ as they usually post RECOMENDED max capacity instead of CERTIFIED max capacity.

however as teh A350-1000 have not been built or certified by FAA or EASA yet there is no type certificate avivable and it is correct to use theese estimates untill further data is avivable.

Thanks for your concerns, the updates have now been made to the A350 and you should see changes ingame shorthly :)

How come A350-900 and A350-1000 has same seating capacity?

How come A350-900 and A350-1000 has same seating capacity?

Because they have the same exit limit, at least according to Airbus. Airlines that ordered both are restricted by the same maximum passengers, but use the length of the -1000 to put more passengers in a less-than-completely-dense configuration. The -900 is likely flown with a comparable seat layout, but thanks to its shorter length, it leads to less passengers.
