Ra significant lag, timing out

World Ra is lagging and timing out for the last day or so when trying to do anything. 


Same for me, usually this two error message follows each other: Internal server error and gateway timeout



Ra is getting worse by the day. The time out issue happens more often than not regardless of time of day. Its become pretty much impossible to do anything. Unassigned aircraft are piling up etc



When changing aircraft, taking over 90 seconds for the page to load, often timing out :( 



i think im quiting with AE, cuz i cant play this game normaly due to this lag

In the last three days I have yet to be able to add aircraft.  It will load most pages after awhile but when I want it to display the aircraft to add to a route it always times out.



Reading through these comments disgusts me to be a member of the same community as some of these people.

To those who criticize AE for what it is, let me ask you something.

Did you pay anything to join AE? My point exactly...

Yuxi runs this website without charging you, he also (allegedly) has a life and studies, so why should he dedicate his life to constantly improving this, when he has bills to pay and real life deadlines to meet.

I am sick to death of people coming onto the forums and the issue tracker and criticizing the way it's run, a solution for you, Contact Yuxi, ask if you can assist in any way, monetary or whatnot or, join simairline and pay for a lessor game experience!

 

I rest my case.

dear Josh, because of every page has add, he earns money for that, so he need to maintain everything, else he is losing customers like me, if he can't he need to sell his company, or if he cant pay, he need to place more add. but i wont pay for a lagging game, so fix that before asking money

Honest to god, I don't care. You are not a customer, as a customer is defined as "a person who buys goods or services from a shop or business" No funds have been exchanged.

Also, Yuxi and all the other moderators and administrators have lives, unlike you.

The amount of money that comes in is barely enough to pay for the URL, please stop acting like they're wealthy stooges who do nothing for profit.

 

You're probably also too blind to notice the server maintenance issues that are posted in green, just below the main menu, so I'll put it here as well.

 

Scheduled Downtime 
Airline Empires will be offline on Wednesday, October 28 from 02:00 to 05:00 UTC for scheduled maintenance to address server performance issues.
Eastern Daylight Time: Tuesday 10:00pm to 1:00am | Hong Kong / Singapore: Wednesday 10:00 to 13:00
