Aircraft Leased but never appears

Do the planes appear in your fleet roster when you click the blue Aircraft button on the left menu? If they appear there but not when you want to assign flights to them, that means there's either a range, runway, or schedule incompatibility between the route and the aircraft.

They initially appeared in the Aircraft button. Then I went to research some routes and then when I came back to the Aircraft button they were no longer in the list. I had not yet had the opportunity to assign those 2 aircraft. I am aware the aircraft will not appear in the drop down list if there are insufficient hours, if runway length, or range is an issue. I know that I did purchase the aircraft on a lease because the funds were withdrawn from my balance, and also the aircraft were being counted in my total number of "leased" aircraft when I had a poor credit rating and wished to lease more aircraft.  I have since leased many more aircraft on used and new market without further problems. I presume some sort of a glitch, but fortunately not recurring for me.

This problem keeps happening, both with leasing and purchasing outright used aircraft. I paid over $430,000,000 for a few used aircraft, the funds were deducted from my accounts, but the aircraft are not appearing anywhere where I can either schedule flights or configure cabins.
 
Can you please help.
 
I have a screen grab of the purchase but the aircraft do not appear. I purchased used two 777-200ER with RR77 engines. I previously only had other engined 772er. My screen grab shows their purchase and funds paid, but they do not appear anywhere. Please help.

What are the ID numbers of the missing aircraft?

I don't have the ID numbers as it is only after I purchase them and the money comes out of my account that the aircraft then disappear, so there is no record of the ID number unless I record ID prospectively of every aircraft before I purchase them.

It just happened again, this time I leased A321-100 aircraft ID 38289

I leased it, now it does not appear no my aircraft list or route list.

I have screen saved the page that says I now own it.

I am having the same problem. I have leased 2 777-200LR and three 747-400ER. I am trying to send them from mosocw to the united states but they are not showing up on the list of avaliable aircraft. They are not in use at all. strangly though, when I open up a new european route, they show up. The plane shows up on my fleet list but will not let my fly it!

From my end it shows you do operate #38289. Can you confirm that you don't have any filters active on the Aircraft page?

If a plane appears available for some routes but not others, check the range and runway requirements.

I have a similar problem I have 2 idle 737-100s that show up in the aircraft menu but not when scheduling even at airports within their range with long enough runways. They are 653 and 712 on R2. 

I have the same problem as bmanj in the sandbox world (Avianca). Have 1 idle aircraft showing in the aircraft info page but i cannot allocate any routes to it becuase when i want to create the route the aircraft does not show.
