There is usually atleast one world that have 40-45 Min/day changes too if i remember right. 
Maybye a new 45Min/Day world will be opened when AE 3,1 Launch

I think 30min/day is fair enough.
Of course, i love to play 20min/day coz it helps me expand my airline faster.
But sometimes i need a 45min/day just to make sure that i have set all the IFE/IFS/routes or anything before the day changes.
But then, I'd love to have 60-90min/day, but with specific timetabling.
Just a thought.

I think 20 mins/day is a good speed
