Where did I ever mention about taking over airlines? its nothing to do with that...
There is NO DIFFERENCE to the current 2 airline limit, it just simply means splitting one into 2 divisions to add realism, which you wouldn't be forced to do or be required to do, but rather just as an option to add a new option to the sim.
Thanks for the good feedback from most of you guys and the friendly feedback.

First of all this is a friendly open forum, not somewhere to bite at other peoples ideas, if you don't agree then of course say so but just leave it at that.

I think its a good idea especially if your airline goes bankrupt you can pass the profitable parts on to subsidiaries. I like the idea of mergers and being able to buy and sell airlines.
Aerobiz had this. and it was cool. that chance to buy a small airline anyhow. though i would never buy any of them. i would make a bundle owning their stocks.
* WAS JUST THINKING.
what if there cold be these regional airlines that were game bots of some kind. they never really grow, but just keep the economy going in a given area instead.
create a stock market from these airlines, and even let them be bought out through buying and owning all their shares. at whice point you would be given a
choice to just leave them on their own and collect the dividend from owning their shares. or, outright intergrade the airline into your main airline and viod all
the shares off the market.
now that would be cool,
a game bot subsidaries stock market of could be mini airlines for sale.. dang, that could be better then a whole lot of things thats been brought up.

heee heee heee heeee, it can be any worse then it is now. maybe there needs to be so many side things put into the
game that it just gets to be mind numbing for one person to handle it all, and there for would have to pick a nitch
to stay afloat.

right now in the game. it's stalled. and what i mean by that is that from the start of a round to the end. it's all become routine and takes so long to finish. it tends to get
boring real quick.
dang, where would i start ?
ok,ok. i'll start with bankruptcy.
the way deadbeat airlines are taken out of the game at the moment is bad, it's worse then bad. it's down right humiliating bad, and to think that someone
purposely let's an airline be able to go 100's of millions into debt for kicks, and then to know that someone is there to stop it at some given amount of time
and doesn't. well that's just like a double whammy against the common player.
* some kind of automated bankruptcy system is needed badly.
multi airlines and the sharing of airline. again, a vary bad joke on a common player. all that says is that the game promotes multies. " so you know " thats bad !
* one player, one airline. and no sharing of any accounts. airlines, whatever. " why " well that is the whole point of having backruptcies isn't it? to fail is to have to start over.
not having someone be allowed to fix their failings.
the bogging down of the computer at airports that have more then so many airlines at them. " that there is probably one of the worse mood breakers in this
whole game". and again, a whammy against the common player cause they are now forced to deal in markets that don't let them be on that so called
level playing field as the rest of the big companies.
* some would think that as issues go. this would be in the top 10 to be fixed somehow.
game length. 165 days ? that would probably be fine if there was actual deletd backruptcies and not just done on requests. but as it is right now. 165 day games are down right punishments. the only people who don't see it is new players and restartes. and there again. " whammy " why do people restart ? because 165 days is a death sentence to whinning about and nit picking cause there is nothing left to do. " need i say forum bans " or "even the blackouts of maps ". right brolli. i know it was you !
anyhow.
* it would seem to be a trade off. keep all the broken and misused stuff up there and shorten the game lengths to make it more appealing again. or, fix those few things
and see how the feel and flow of the game changed cause of the proverbial level playing field would actually be there again, maybe ?
ok, now for the other half of " in english "
* this game needs a bank. something like you would find in the game " jottonia " player controlled loaning centers. it's well worth looking into.
* computer controlled airlines and the stock market thats attached to them. " you all know vary well what i mean ".
* events. " yes " definitely have some kind of world economics type of events happening. call it restructuring.
* aircraft market. new aircraft would be a country kind of thing. and secondhand aircraft would be an open world kind of thing.
* game lenth less then 165 days. but i might have mentioned that already.
* no airline sharing, i might have mentioned that to already. " that is so bogus of a feature " who ever thought of it should elbo themself in the forehead".
* " union events " somehow fix that worker wage thing. ain't that turned into a spitfull whmmy. gawd.
* route specific advertising with a limit to how many routes and lenth of time the ad runs for.
i could go on, well i'm sure i could go on. but i'm just having a brainfart now. got to quit.

I'm not even going to go into your grammar, but half the time I try to interpret what you type and it just doesn't make sense in a basic vocabulary look (and that is with a healthy dose of imagination). Just my two cents.

well then stop it. you either get it or you don't. but you got to quit this correcting everything i say all the time. this is a game, not a school classroom.
and i don't want to hear it anymore.
we are who we are reguardless the education. so back off !
1. he wasn't correcting, he was telling you he doesn't understand.
2. bolli asked you to try english and you failed epically
3. you were asked if you need to keep typing you said "no" and then continued typing like an idiot...
4. for future references... when someone asks for "english" they usually mean "simple" not "write me a feckin' essay"
I liked TW and it's gone. NW, and it's gone. CO, and it's gone. Pray I don't like you.

- Unlimited subsidiaries.
- Rather than trying in vain to model complicated real world incorporation, tax, and whole other score of ownership issues, the system follows the existing air freedoms that already exist in AE.
- Separate employee, maintenance, etc... costs
- Combined finances, with the option to view individual subsidiary finances
