Is anyone else having problems with employee morale. I pay above industry standard with profit sharing and in some cases I have a 50% attrition rate. I tried increasing pay and attrition actually got worse. Not sure if it's a bug, just wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem.

Could be the employees' memories acting up. Did you ever issue layoffs or pay cuts?

Could it be that somebody has put their prices to like 5000 each and is dragging up the average?

That could be the case but what is strange is that the lower wages I have the less my attrition rate is. If I raise my wages the attrition rate goes sky high and I would expect it to be the reverse of that.

I've Never issued anything other than bonuses. Like everyone else said the less I pay them the happier they are, the attrition rate will still be high but they will be slightly happier.

It's good for creating realistic(ish) communist airlines..
thats not realistic! your ground crew & agents are happy! you have to make executives happy and employees mad!

That's state capitalism not communism. (lots of people argue that the USSR was state capitalism and never even came close to true socialism)
