Updated : I believe my longest flight was Manila - Hong Kong on 747-400. It was about 3 hours.
I don't know how you get the patience for those 18-hour long flights.

Sadly mine was only 3 hours lol
That is not sadly, the most important is not how long you have been in the air... The most imporant is that you enjoy playing any flight sim game while your in the air

Longest Reykjavik-Auckland, very long flight.
Used 772LR, ran out of fuel as I was passing Sydney, glided to Auckland (How I do not know) and cause i had no reverser I overran the runway.

JFK to FCO in the PMDG MD11, 8 hours. Started it at 5:30, ate, went to bed at 9, woke up at 1 and landed 30 min later. Now gonna try LAS to FCO and see if I can make it

KSAN - KMCO on Vatsim using FS2004. I think it took somewhere between 4-5 hours.
