I'll answer 2) first as 1) leads onto it

2) click "Aircraft" in the sidebar. in the aircraft lease column of the table that appears, it will say leased or give a value.

1) click on the cog icon in the aircraft row. This should bring a screen with both the options to terminate lease and sell aircraft on it.
