A very normal thing here! People actually expect widebodies especially on flight between busy hubs. Singapore-Jakarta flights with SQ is served by a 777-300! And it's only 1hr30mins or about 500+ milesWow, i wish i lived in the far east... all those widebody short hops

I forgot to finish this TR, whoops Here's the last segment
Singapore -> Kuala Lumpur
Singapore Airlines SQ119
Airbus A330
0hrs 55mins
I was back in Singapore's wonderful Changi Airport for my short hop back to Kuala Lumpur. Barely 40 minutes long, and it's operated by an A330!
Again, I get to use the Business check-in for Economy, thanks to Star Alliance
Immigration was really quick today. I handed over my Malaysian Passport, and a few moments later, I was good to go. Departure was from gate E8, a rather lengthy walk. But first, a quick visit to the lounge for a bite.
A few SQ widebodies lurking around
Seen here is a Lufthansa 747, off to Jakarta soon

By the time I walked to the gate, boarding had commenced.
The new economy class of this A330, 9V-STI
View from 46A
A relatively light load today, so I'd expected an early departure. Seems there were a few late pax though.
This flight turns around in KUL, picking up many connecting passengers. Seen here is a whole empty row!
2 seats for me My family seated behind me..
Pretty spacious

Look how close we are! We haven't even taken off!
Innovative: No non smoking signs
IFE on all the way
Drinks served on this flight, before I knew it, touchdown!
