Hi there. Just scrap it if you don't want it. I've done it plenty of times.
The problem for someone taking over your airline is that they can work it really hard & get it to first place, and when the game world ends, you still get the trophy & all their work disappears in an instant. There's a name for it: Trophy Farming.
