Hey there,

I noticed that my winglets on my 737's are gone and I read the news about them coming to 2002. However winglets cost extra to install so I would please like to ask to return the extra money spent on winglets so that money is not wasted into space

Thanks, Tim

that was the plan but doing this caused the script to get stuck (there are over five thousand 733s in the game) so it was impossible. There is also the possibility the aircraft was from the used market and they didnt actually pay for the winglets.

This is a beta testing version of the game. At the beginning, you were warned that some things will not work right and that you might suddenly and unexpectedly lose aircraft, money, or both.

In short, we will not be issuing refunds, sorry.

Its less of a refund but just breaking the rules. I think we can bend the rules because my 757s still have winglets. I bought 737 for that sole purpose to save fuel. Now my fuel charges are toping 250 million compared to 180 million. Also for a short route between ORD - MSP it use to be $1700 fuel per flight. now its $5000+ for fuel. thus eating into my bottom line.

I went from a 22.7 EPS to a 9.6 due to fuel sky rocketing.

so bottom line is to consider breaking the rules.

How are you "bending the rules" exactly?
