The new VOD system (as of 1988) is not factoring into the entertainment rating calculation properly. When I choose VOD and AOD, only AOD is factoring in on the confirmation page.

Hmmm... Apparently VOD isnt apart of the rating calculation but you see is that since I'm on vacation a fix for this might take a few days to a couple weeks.

Its still not working properly. You fixed the confirmation page, but not the actual service itself. For example, a 5 AOD system and a 5 VOD system with no Ads calculates to a 5 star rating on the confirmation page, when you go into the Configure In-Flight Services menu the saved format is listed as a 3 star system with only AOD listed. Thanks though for looking into it so quickly!

No, in fact now when I configure my flights with any VOD at all I am getting an insanely negative DOP. For example, a 757 operating DFW (a hub of mine) to ATL went from a 90,000 daily profit to what is now showing as a negative 16,000,000 per day loss.
