Hello,
When I looked at my DOP I saw it dropped from 7 million to 3.2 million in less than 30 minutes. My flights are operating full and my load factors are 100% across the board. Please help

My DOP actually went down as well by 3 million and I havent implemented IFE yet.

Your costs per flight are very expensive, which means all of your flights barely breaking even have gone unprofitable. Depending where you are based this could be a lot of flights.

How much $ per flight is that IFE system costing you? Perhaps we need to lower the operating cost across the board.

$2,901 and before that $5,081 - for top of line
$1800 for mid top of line

and if you have it selected for all three cabins then its x3 per flight.

Well I need to uninstall IFE because I need my DOP back to 7 million. Is there a uninstall tool?

Has nobody tried just raising their prices yet? Once the IFE is installed, you should have a high enough rating so that the demand increases, so you can up the prices.

I did that but my load factors got all messed up.

Same here. After installing IFE i haven't been able to increase any of my prices at all and some LFs have even gone down.

Another problem with DOP is that i'm not getting my full DOP. As of this moment my DOP is over 20 millions but i only get 14 million i've been keeping track of this for a while.

The DOP figure only counts your flight costs and doesn't count your other costs like payroll, gate/aircraft leasing, etc.

This may sound harsh BUT..... I just want everything of mine back to normal. Wether that is axing IFE or whatever FINE. Just please investigate what happened and see how to fix it.

I have uninstalled all of your IFE systems and started the process of recalculating all the routes flown by the affected aircraft. Your route finances should be back to pre-IFE levels in an hour or so.
