Hi All, first post here..

Following the load factor fix, I notice 5-10 routes will randomly change to 0% LF, then when I close and re-create the exact same route with same a/c etc., the LF goes back to the old values 90+% right away. Since many of these are otherwise unserved routes, I can only assume some bug is making this happen, nothing to do with actual demand. I had this happen every day since armageddon and so far all have been fixed by closing and re-creating the route.

You don't really need to close the route, just press save on the Route Details page and it will go back to normal. However, I've had some routes that I tried to re-calculate but, didn't change seat % until I logged off and back on again.

Yes I've had that happen too--I wanted to make sure It wasn't just 'armageddon' related.

I haven't since had any 0%, but I have had some extremely low figures, out of line with demand. They were again resolved not by pressing save or reset, which did little, but rather by re-creating the routes from scratch. This happened to me today, although double demand is a nice distraction:)
