it just did this when i tried to but a DC-9-30 today... lol, kinda weird, i tried again to, and it didn't work... is it just a glitch?

It will do that when you don't quite have enough money. The base price is $33,000,000 so the deposit required would be $16,500,000. However, if you select the JT8D-9 engines, then the price drops to $32,320,000 but you still need the $16,500,000 deposit and not half of $32,320,000 or $16,160,000 like the game says. Once you get over $16,500,000 try it again and it will work.

The same thing will happen when buying multiple planes at one time since a discount is given for buying more than one, but you will still need the half down deposit based on the full retail amount for all the planes and not the discounted price.

i know what happened, it had switched monthes and it took a million out of my acct, therefore giving me a lot less money, but no worries, i have what i want now, cheers
