The Baron Rider alliance is pleased to announce the reformation of partner carriers Red Rider Express [formerly Baron Blues] and the new Baron Blues [formerly Cal Jet]. Red Rider Express feeds Red Rider's largest non-hub city at Philadelphia with a fleet of Embraer Regional Jets and a Shorts 360. Baron Blues operates a fleet of 3 Embraer Bandierante turbo props from Newark to cities throughout the Northeast and Midwest. We look forward to continued success.

In a further update: In order to promote greater fleet commonality, Red Rider will be phasing out their extensive fleet of Embraer E-Jet's and ERJ regional jets with new CRJ family aircraft, and additional Boeing 737 family aircraft. the replacement of the Embraer aircraft is to provide our passengers with a more favorable and economical experience due to having a more common fleet to enable greater passenger service at a lower cost.
