Hi there,
I've taken note of the problems reported in the announcements regarding the stock market and bugs associated, but I have not seen any other bugs of this nature in this sub-forum.
The problem lies in the fact that after purchasing both a 737-200 (with a large backlog) and a Bombardier Shorts 330 (only one current order; for testing purposes), and paying the 50% deposit, the purchases do not show up in my pending orders nor the aircraft manufacturer order book.
Perhaps I missed something in the Newbie wiki, but I could not find any support on an issue of this nature utilizing both search and manual scanning of topics.
Hopefully a quick resolution can be made regarding this issue, and thanks for your time.

If this is on sim1, we can't help you as we have no control over the game. I suggest you try sim2 or sim3 for now :)

If you purchased them from the used market then you should already have them. I don't believe the 737-200 and Shorts 330 are on the new market.

I'm 99% sure he's talking about sim1, the airline in his sig doesn't exist on sim2 :)

Heh, well I don't want to sound like a newbie, but let's face it, I AM a newbie. How would I go about figuring out what version I am playing on? On that note, when I registered, I don't think I was presented with an option. Is Sim2 free to play as well? I believe I saw Sim3 was the premium/testbed version.

Ah, outstanding! Thanks a million! I'll go ahead and check out Sim 2 and 3 in that case.

Sim3 runs twice the pace as sim2 and sim1, just so you know. Good luck and if you have any questions, post them, so we can try to answer them. :)
