[Resolved] Stockmarket Price Glitch

I recently bought 10000 shares in QOOK on the new stockmarket. I recieved 2 mails, one saying I had bought 10000 shares at $595.35,and the second one saying the following:
Sender: admin
Subject: Broker: Bought stocks of company 'QOOK'
Date: 2009-07-09 01:15:04
Message: The broker bought 0 shares of 'QOOK' for you, stock price was $ 595.35. Stockprice increased from $ 595.35 to $ 595.35. Your account was charged with $ 42,112,138 (including fees).
This means that I now have a massive debt because of this glitch. What could have happened is that after I had ordered the first 10000 shares and before the mail arrived, I went back to the stockmarket and ordered another approx.3500 shares. However, I don't think that there were any available, hence causing a glitch.

I do. The stock price was somehow negative. When I bought the shares something must have gone terribly wrong, as the price was ~$-2700 instead of the ~$200 it was listed as when I tried to buy it. I was wondering where all that extra money came from...same, i sold some of my stocks which i would have got alot of money for,

The problem here was that you had to pay a 1.5% fee for selling JetCruise shares. You had a few thousand of them, and each one is now valued at many thousands of quadrillions of dollars (although when you tried selling them the price may have only been many billions of dollars). 1.5% of a potentially trillion dollar transaction is still alot of money, which unfortunately you were unable to pay.Elchie, I had about 400k in cash - sold some shares I bought and I'm now 9 billion in debt?! Any chance of a hand with this problem?

I think the game will have to be reset yet again. I'll sit the next one out, it's too much like hard work even if it does only last 2 game years
I'll carry on beta testing the new version. At least you know what to expect in that ;-)
