I may think about it, but Brazil for me is another subregional market for smaller aircraft. I will put a hub in Brazil, but I was thinking in another hub that it's not in Brazil.

Thinking about overseas expansion we have aquired our first Boeing 757-200, even though this aircraft will not fly intercontinental routes it is a milestone that represent the new might of the B-World Airways subsidiary as we will order more for the US mainland. For intercontinental routes our fleet manager suggest the boeing 787-8 or the A330 depending on the route density. For now enjoy a shot of our new livery.

As of February 22, Year 2; B-World Airways announces the opening of our terminal at the John F. Kennedy International Airport, with this new terminal we aim to ease our connections and increase the comfort of our passengers. A new terminal in Orlando is slated for construction in April, to allow Caribbean as well as South American destinations.

In other news we have ordered another Boeing 737-800 (nothing really amazing, we can order these in daily basis), also the marketing department has advised to halt development at London Stansted due to low profits, also the bard is discussing the decision of building a terminal at the London Heathrow Airport, to increase our influence in Europe and also increase our profit margins.

As of April 5, Year 2; B-World Airways is proud to announce the inauguration of our new hub and terminal at Orlando International Airport, this new center of operations will allow us to serve southern markets, the caribbean and south american destinations. This is another push in attempts to increase profits and increase our influence throughout the Americas. Next stop is Los Angeles LAX Airport, which will allow us to serve the western, central and Mexico markets.

Our fleet department has been whining about the decisions of halting the orders of regional jets. They point out that Embraer and Bombardiers in the Western market can create competition, and bring out better profits than the mainline fleet due to low operational costs; a decision is to be consulted with the board next month. The decision of purchasing of MD-80 series aircraft has been vetoed due to high operational routes and low density on suggested routes.

Our financial department insist that expansion must be a priority as competition is killing our incomes, and has pointed out a decrease in our DOP from 5 mill to 4.1 mill, substantially interfering in our expansion and fleet upgrading.

:airplaneB-World Airways' third terminal has been succesfully built, this time at Los Angeles International Airport. This new terminal was built at a price of 55 mill, and is equipped with 5 gates, enough gates for initial expansion. This will allow us to server many new markets including the Pacific market. Our next terminal will be on the Tokyo Haneda Airport and is slated for construction on September, Year 2, this terminal would allow us to concentrate on the Asian market as well as the Pacific market.

Our fleet department is going to resume orders of Boeing 737-800 planes to create new routes at our LAX terminal.

No more news for now, but keep an eye for this space.

Update! : Due to low profits in Europe, B-Europa is planned to be reabsorbed into B-World Airways, the remaining B717 aircraft will be sold and the headquarters at Paris will be eliminatd. But we are not leaving the Europpean market, all of this is going to happen as soon as the London Heathrow terminal is built.

Long time since last good news. B-World Airways announce the acquisition of a Lockheed L101-500 Tristar, this new widebody jet is normally used in medium to long-haul routes with high density. It is why we have chosen it for the inauguration of our Los Angeles-Tokyo (Haneda) one way route, this plane represents another milestone, which in this case would be the start of pacific intercontinental service. The route Los Angeles-Tokyo is a very profitable one, and we will continue to develop it with more widebody jets that will be introduced as time passes.

The Los Angeles market has proven to be profitable, as we have seen routes with almos no competition or only 1 carrier, we will focus on thos routes as new planes are delivered. The terminal at Heathrow project has been postponed until we find financial stability.

That's all for now, good luck.

South American expansion has finally started. With 2 newly delivered Airbus A320, B-World Airways has set sight into the South American market. Now starting with nonstops from Los Angeles and Orlando to Quito, Ecuador; furthermore we are announcing plans to open terminals at Quito, Bogota, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo to cover the whole South American continent. Our fleet department has suggested an all embraer fleet for the market, to be more clear ERJ 140's and ERJ 190's.

The fleet department has taken the decision for B-World Xpress to have a jet-only fleet, meaning that the Q400's are going to be replaced by Embraers ERJ 170s, the Q400s will go to storage at Orlando and will be used as backup. The upgrade will not only turn B-World Xpress into a jet only fleet but also to an Embraer only fleet

New Routes:

LAX-UIO A320
MCO-UIO A320

Financial Department has given green light to build a new Terminal at the Sao Paulo Cohongas Airport, this new terminal will help us serve the Brazilian market and the whole South American continent as well. The aircraft that will serve this sector will local built Embraer ERJ170, ERJ 190 and ERJ 140 and probably Airbus A318. The second terminal build at South America would be in Quito, Ecuador ; for this sector ERJ 170 and ERJ 140 would be main aircraft. Our third terminal would be built at Buenos Aires, Argentina; and a combiantion of A318, ERJ 170 and ERJ 140, would serve all Argentinian destinations and Chilean destinations. Our fourth and last terminal would be at Bogota, Colombia; and the aircraft chosen will be ERJ 190 and ERJ 170, and will serve colombian, venezuelan and central american destinations.

Also watch out for shares as they will be scarce, and will probably go quick (depending on investors :D)

That's all.:airplane

Another great day at the CEO's office. The B-World Airways staff is proud to announce the openning of our new terminal at Sao Paulo Cohongas Airport, the terminal will serve all of our South American destinations. The aircraft based there as of this month are 2 Embraer ERJ 170LR and 1 Airbus A318, the Embraer's cover most of our Brazilian destinations as well as a connection to Buenos Aires, our A318 currently flies the Sao Paulo-Quito route and is scheduled to begin service to Santiago soon. Due to Cohongas having a small runway, all inbound intercontinental flights would land on the other airport at Sao Paulo.

The decision, however has been critcized by the financial department, citing high operational cost of these jets, low load factor, and competition. But we never backdown to competition and we never will.:airplane:airplane

As of the month of September (Dejavu), the board has decided to halt expansion and expenses. This is to amount enough capital to order new long-haul jets to start intercontinental service, and also open a new terminal at Tokyo.

The board has finally made the decision that B-World Airways is halting expansion. This will allow us to focus on intercontinental flights from the US. Fleet management has decided to choose the Airbus A340-500 as our long-haul plane choice and signature aircraft, it is still in motion how many planes we will order, but the order ranges from 6 to 10 units. These planes will be based at JFK and LAX and will replace our A333 and L101 equipment.

Update: For now 4 A340's will be ordered for now.

As of January 22, Year 3 4 new state of the art Airbus A340-500 have been added to our fleet, this increases our carrying capacity and increases our profits. Intercontinental service has been started from Los Angeles and New York to destinations like Seoul, Paris, Copenhagen, etc. Fleet management has advised acquisition of A319 and 757-200 (or 787) equipment for medium and long-haul routes for airports with shorter runways.

Finance department praise of serving this destinations, but also shows concern of the cost of maintanace and competition this new routes carry. Most of the low profit operations at London Stansted are about to be closed and the 717's to be sold. A terminal at London Heathrow is still a go, mainly aimed to serve markets that cannot be served or are too expensive to serve from New York or Los Angeles.
