It appears that after the reset the time is now 1hr to 1 day. At this rate the game play will last longer. However, there will be less resets a year and it is my fear that the markets will become saturated again before the next reset takes place. Furthermore, the progress in the game seems to taking forever. What took hours in real time now is spanning the time of days. Resets also give us the chance to have bugs fixed, with less resets I do not think the game play will improve as much as it could.
Personally I would rather have more resets a year than less, especially in this Beta version.
What is everyones opinions on this? I would like to see the game play bumped back up to 2:1.

In my opinion 1:1 is fine. I found the faster pace difficult as I was not able to log in every game day. The market will always become saturated, not really a question of how fast the game advances. I don't think bug fixes are delayed by waiting for resets, were there any fixes when Sim2 was just reset? As for progress taking "forever", it may feel like that in the very beginning, but I really did not find that a problem in the past sometimes spending hours every day adjusting routes.

I prefer a faster game but I can live with the normal speed of the game as it is now. If there were major bug fixes I would not mind a reset there and then, you should not necessarily have to wait 3 months.

I also prefer the game faster. At this point i have 5 million dollars and it is going to take ages for me to buy another aircraft and eventually get an airbus or boeing....
