Members:
Royalty Air, out of RNO.
V8 Fusion Airlines, out of MSP.
Fiore Rosa, P2P across the western/southern US.
InterState Airlines, out of IAH.
-----------------
We are still trying to define the alliance, but have some beginning rules to try out.
1. Alliance members get first chance on all aircraft sales made by other members and/or alliance members can combine money in order to make larger aircraft orders and get bigger discounts.
2. No route restrictions, but be respectful of other member's hubs.
3. Same fares on routes served by more than one alliance member.
-------------------
Logo's are in the process of being updated to reflect alliance status.
-------------------
I guess the major question the members need to decide on is...
What should the overall purpose of the alliance be? Do we want to simply help each other through the game? Do we want to ban together and squash smaller airlines into dust? Should we ban together and control one major city together or remain spread out?

I'm not the head of the a.net alliance so I don't know if were open to more airlines.
As a founding member of the alliance you definately have more of a voice then someone who joins next year. I'm not sure how other alliances are run, I've never been in one but there is only 4 of us here now so you make the call and answer the question.
V8 Fusion...would you like us to be open to new members?
Pending a vote and approval by us four founders of course.

The other airlines of a.net alliance can vote on whether we should let in more airlines. I vote yes we should let in a few more airlines.

Do you have any suggestions as to who?
I don't know any airlines that migjht want to join our alliance. Maybe Minnesota Airways would like to join, although we have our own alliance called the Northstar Alliance.

Thanks flymna! Is there anymore updates on a private forum or what is happening? Also is there a definate plan for the alliance i.e. focus of operations because I would be willing to put resources into a super city for the airline?

We were going to have a private forum but it wouldn't work for me because the sign up was working for me.
We haven't thought of a plan for the alliance. We will keep our hubs where they are and enter other alliance members hubs with only small service to provide connections.
V8 Fusion Airlines info:
Fleet:
28x DC-3
1x DC-6
1x Convair 240
6x Martin 4-0-4 (2 more used 4-0-4s will be bought from one of our alliance members Colgan Air)
Hubs/focus cities: Minneapolis (hub), Tulsa (focus city)
DOP (Daily operating profit): around $508,000
Money: around -$300,000

Attention Everyone.
You should be getting a PM from me over the next day or two regarding a forum I have set up for us. This way we can discuss alliance things in private.
We need some rules and a defined direction for the alliance. I know we are not big but I hope everyone participates and communicates with each other on the forum so we all know what others are doing.
