It seems like a good idea, but I honestly don't think this will reduce the gatehogging if that is why you thought about it. Most of those who do gatehog can afford it, even if it causes the gate costs to go up. Also what would happen to those who got their gates when they were cheaper? Would their gates costs spike? I think I got your idea, but I think there are other ways to deal with it.

But people will only be able to own 25 gates. Would that work? And I wasn't think about gatehogging.

The 25 gates thing has been suggested quite a bit. I think it would help with that. But I still would wonder if it would affect those who already leased gates at the lower rate.

You'd be able to lease up to 25 gates per round. And the cost thing... IDK.

Actually, it's possible. I've seen airlines that are in the top 100 that don't use that many gates per airport. The 25 gate thing was per airport.

ehr with your "top 100" u probably cover about 70% of the active players in AE (this round), so that don't say much ..
