Ok, I have two B1900Ds. One is already in service and the other is just sitting there with 22 hours. I want to do a Palm Beach-Richmond route. I have plenty of gates and slots, and I get this:

Either you have no aircraft with enough daily hours,
enough range, or the aircraft does not fly through any of the cities on this route
Go Back and try again.

I even tried a Palm Beach-Savannah route which is 350 miles and still get the same message. Same with a Palm Beach-Dallas hop. I tried many combinations and I still get this error message. My B1900 has 22 hours and a range of about 1,200 miles. Whats the deal?

Perhaps go to the aircraft page, click on 'info' withthe aircraft with 22 hours remaining. Then click 'Place this aircraft on a route' and open the route that way.

Ok, I'll try that. If it doesn't work, I'm going to sell it. I think it glitched because I went to my other route, and tried to switch A/C, which was a B1900 and it said I could only get one hop out of it...

I have found that if i close a route, the plane often gets lost in space. Try to put it on the used market at double the price (just so nobody buys it) and take it off the market right away. This seems to reset the plane and would fix your problem. The way Maestro described above should do the trick also.
