I want to extend my terminal in HND (already had 75 gates), then this message appear :

There isn't enough room at Tokyo Haneida for you to build a terminal and move all of your flights in.Unfortunately the airport will not allow you to occupy two terminals at a time.You must reduce the number of flights into this airport before building a terminal, or lease gate space from another player.

Can somebody help me ??

There are too many gates leased at the airport already. There is a cap eventually on the total number of gates available.

You can't. The airport is maxed out of space.
