Read the Wiki. It says terminals are yours forever. Can't be sold/closed as far as I know.

yeah that's a downside to a terminal . once it's build it's there and you're stuck to it , no matter if u use it or not . Only way to get rid of it is to go and declare bankruptcy . maybe V3 will have a way to get rid of it .

You should be able to take out an INSURANCE cover on the terminal and set fire to the Terminal and claim insurance for it, that way you get ya $$$$ back
