Sandbox worlds restart?

The worlds say 2000-2020 and 2005-2025, they are now in 2021 and 2026 respectively. What gives? When do they restart?

Usually it takes several days more for servers to restart.
Server restart process is not automated, and the admin must manually set them.
When the admin resets the server, an announcement will be written in the board
