I can't tell what Profit Sharing on the HR tab does.
Does it boost morale or something?
What does Profit Sharing do???

Supposed to. It doesn't show it being paid on the financial sheet.
it shows up in finance tab as employee profit sharing, right?

There’s a fault with it at the moment but it should bump up morale
