Sorry that this might be discussed. I'm in a Realistic server and trying to open a route from my home country to Cancun. However, Cancun shows 0 gates available, I can't lease one, and I can't build a terminal due to not being home county. 

 

However, I do see other competitors from the home country have routes to Cancun, how is this possible? Or did I miss anything?

All gates are leased. You have to wait till there is an open gate because someone returned it or builds a terminal. All you can do is keep checking for availability.
