I'm in a tough spot and I urgently need help. I have a ton of important information below.

 

So I have an airline going and I currently have $4,549,216. I'm making $708,000 a day but according to my calculations I'm going to lose somewhere in the ballpark of $22-23 million in fees over the course of the month. Right now it's the 16th and so far I've lost $10,673,269. I can take out 2 million dollar loans and one $2,500,000 loan. I have 5 planes on lease: 2 737-300s and 3 ATR 42-200s.

 

Is it possible to turn this around and if so how?

It may still be possible but as your cash goes to negative balance, it will be almost impossible for you to take out a loan.

 

Try to check the following:

1. Your manpower cost, try to set lower salary and reduce reserves to 5% or even 0% if it is really needed

2. As for planes, try to see if you can get rid of either type. Having one type in the initial days is essential to lower down the maintenance cost. You can always have two type again once you have cash

3. If you want, take out three of 5-million loan at the initial stage, this is the maximum you can take out.

Make sure all wages are set to $7 with no reserves, then create and apply Scam IFS (1 star food max price, all amenities except headphones max price).

Don't spend money on marketing at first if doing so. Stay away from expensive airports/gate.
