is it normal that with 4 planes i have to have 500 cabin crew i feel like it is destroying my profits

May I know how many routes did you deploy as well as your aircraft size for those 4? What is your aircraft utilization in hours? Do check your reserve level for the cabin crew as well

 

It seems a little high to me. Just to share on my personal record, currently I have 49 aircraft with a mix of A320 and A333, aircraft utilization 16 hours, and 172 routes. Currently I have 5100 cabin crew with additional 15% reserves (5800 in total).

Set pay to $7 an hour, 0% reserves. No. of CC depends on the routes that you have deployed IIRC
