Newbie here so be gentle please
I have plenty of cash in my airline but constantly get warnings that my lease payments have not occurred. How do I fix this so the payments happen automatically and my aircraft are not reposessed?

At the end of each month you get charged a lot of money for employee payments, maintenance, terminal/gate upkeep, etc. So when it comes time to pay your leases you don’t have enough money. The way to solve this is by paying your employees $7/hr with no reserves and limiting your airline to a few fleet types.

No, he forgot to include the national guard coming in to kill all the workers with the ones that survive going to prison.
