The Worldwide Charter:

Be it known that all members and non-members of the Worldwide Alliance have these rights while active with our alliance, applying, or in any other association thereof. under these presepes stand our values our rights and our laws in accordance to our sacred Alliance. 

Article I:

Applications to the Worldwide Alliance are open to everyone, and anyone wishing to join can do so submitting an application at our applications forum. we welcome all to apply with us, but under our laws found in section II, all applications run through our member body and is voted on. (note. just because everyone is invited to join doesn't mean they automatically  become members. The final say is by the members of our alliance. submitting an application to our alliance is found within our applications forum.

Article II:

The Application can be automatically denied if both the Chief Executive and Co-Executive both agree that they are either spam applications, or might be potentially a suspicious character. A suspicious character is defined as someone who doesn't fall in line with our standards (found in article III) or they potentially are atl accounts, trolls, or spam accounts made to post things against AE's rules or other rules set up in the forums. Also, spamliners are against our standards and may be denied entrance. 

Article III:

We have standards and rules if you want to join us. Our standards are: 

1. No Spamliners: no spamliners is a big one, spamliners like "the Empire" are discouraged as they exploit a well-known bug in AE. they prohibit growth within an alliance (plus when an alliance is made to help one-another  get larger and more powerful.
2. Realistic Services/Entertainment: we believe in having realistic IFS/Entertainment for our customers while flying around the world.
3. LLC: (these have received an exception). LLCs like Ryanair or Spirit are permitted but on a small scale. we don't do (fly to 400+ destinations from tiny city USA to tiny city USA under scam IFS) but something like serving dozens of underserved cities (like new orleans, tampa, charleston, richmond, etc) at a low low price is allowed.
4. updating your fleet: updating your fleet is a big one. if you have DC-9-10s in 2020 that would be against our standards. (but if you had some 757s but plan on replacing them with newer planes that that is fine)
5. fairness: being a jerk and killing your own alliance members so your number 1 is against our values and goes against an alliances whole point. so sharing routes with other members, allowing them into your airports, etc. (competition is fine but driving members out is bad)
6. Regional Airlines: small regional airlines are a bonus. operating a island hopper or connecting the southwest US to a larger city is totally allowed and even preferred over LLCs.
7. Countries: we don't have anything against any country, but some countries are not allowed. these include: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya. airlines are not allowed to join our alliance.  reasons are is because of government restrictions and regulation prohibit them anyway.

​Article 4:

No member has to actively post within the Gallery and shall not be required to do so. Actively posting in the gallery is defined as posting liveries, logos, seatmaps, advertisements, and so on in the public gallery more than 10 times a month.

 

Under these rules and rights lay our core values. needed known that because these values are applicable to all members and non-members of the Worldwide Alliance doesn't mean you automatically receive them. they are up to the member body at the end of the day.
