I am starting up in the new player sandbox world with an airline based in FCO, when the open skies agreement comes into place, will I be able to serve routes such as MAD-JFK or just be limited to Europe-only routes, such as MAD-MUC?

For example, an airline based in an EU country can fly between two other EU countries but cannot fly from another EU country to a non-EU country.

You could fly MAD-MUC, but you'd still need to fly out of FCO (or any other Italian airport) if you want a JFK route.

any routes from Italy -> International can occur. In the case of Madrid, you could only fly to EU member countries such as Germany, United Kingdom (still in the agreement), Poland, France, etc.
