Why can't I install winglets on my 767-200ER and 767-300 aircraft? I remember being able to in the past but now they don't exist for those aircraft.

I think you are too early in your game world for them?
Normally it tells you the year they will be available. Here it just says not available.

The 767-200, -200ER and standard -300 never had winglets. Same for the -400ER. It was just the 767-300ER that officially had winglets installed on them.

If you saw the others with winglets, it probably must've been experimental. The -300ER got its winglets around 2008.
