Finding good logos and liveries (and two requests)

I'm just wondering, where can you find or create good logos and liveries? I notice that lots of airlines seem to have really good logos and liveries. I have tried creating some of my own logos, but they just seem off for some reason and I can't seem to figure out how to create a livery even though I have read through the guides here.

As for the requests, (both logo and livery,) I have two airlines. The first one, ASEAN Airways, an flag/legacy carrier well known for it's extremely good service and it flies from all ASEAN countries. (Probably not the most realistic airline...) and it operates an all airbus fleet. (Do the A350.) For colors, it's red, gold, blue, and white. Other notes, the logo should be something that symbolizes all ASEAN countries or something like that. I think that it should be somewhat similar, but not too similar to the flag carriers of ASEAN countries IRL. (I don't know...)

The second one, Air Emirates, is also a flag/legacy carrier and it's known for it's extremely good service and it flies from Dubai. It flies the A380 with RR engines. For colors, primary colors are red, green and white, and secondary colors are yellow and black. If the secondary colors look weird, get rid of them, they are less important. (Perhaps something different from what the middle eastern three are already doing? I don't know...)

(For registration, I have no idea... Also, I'm not sure if ASEAN Airways would be registered in each separate country, or what...) Feel free to do both of them, or just one of them, or none of them or something like that...

(Also, I know I have logos for both of these airlines, but I'm not really satisfied with them. Something just seems off.)
