Pretty simple, actually.

Best for valuation:

- Set all food to 1 star and max price ($50 breakfast, $75 lunch and dinner, $15 snacks). Make sure to fill every food slot.

- Turn on all amenities like pillows, blankets, etc, set all to max price.

Best for reputation (will bankrupt your airline quickly, only set at the end of a world to go for rep victory):

- Set all food to 5 star and free (fill every food slot).

- Turn on all amenities and make them free.

I used to try and just to lowest quality for highest price in desperate times, but I learned you can actually make more.

Make all three options for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner the lowest quality and the highest price, and then make the snacks top quality and free. Then take the amenities and provide all (except the headphones) and do it for free. It will be 3 stars and though the max profit is lower, more people will actually use it on the flight and make more profit. When I've ran both, I've seen this to be substantially better for profit. Keep in mind though it lacks in realism. But it is a great way to make just about any flight notably more profitable.
Hope this helps

Funnily enough, I actually have noticed different results with this kind of strategy. This is similar to what I used to do when I was new but I found that setting everything to max price gives more profit. I think it’s more about the routes you fly and planes you use rather than exact strategies, but it doesn’t really matter that much as IFS is just if you want to really over-maximize profit, which often isn’t a necessity to reach Top 10.

I know this is a game but it just stupid if you can't make profit of one dollar also just for reputation

Wow. Just tried this and it's 8% more profitable per pax. Nice one, thanks!
