[E.B Aviation]

This is just an openskies feature that is missing for the US. United airlines can operate flights freely from Guam and Honolulu because the 3 of these countries are "associated-states" with the US. I know there isn't much demand for these airports but it be nice to add a touch of realism to as I want to do something similar to United to create the "Island-Hopper" flights. On the image of the route map below you can see that United operates flights between the Marshall Islands, F.S Micronesia, and Palau.
