Hello all, new player here, I see that a lot of players design a livery and upload to their airline info page, I was just wondering what app you guys used to design it. Thanks!

There are a variety, including Photoshop - I personally use GIMP as it's free and decently easy to use. You can find templates to put liveries on in the Medaviation's Templates section of the Livery / Logo section of the forum.
