Hello Airliners, 

How do i increase the On-Time Performance on a route? I Use my Planes on all available Hours, should i decrease that? And if yes, how many hours should a plane have pauses from the 140 hours? Sry for my bad english

Usage of aircraft and employee moral effect performance. Employees need to be happy and planes with 20 hours daily usage is considered unreasonable.
