Please make it so you can reengine your planes just like how you can install winglets to old planes. It can't be that much code, can it?

Spending 120 million to replace a DC-8-63 with a -73 is dumb and not worth it but then you look like you don't posess a brain stem by operating turbojets into the mid 1990s.

Same with the Convair 440s. Lots of them still flying with turboprops on them.

Yes, please give us a chance for this. Same thing with DC-10s, let us make them MD-10s with the fuel efficiency increase that gives. Or how about DC-3 -> BT-67. There are tonnes of real aircraft conversions and mods that could be used to bring life into old planes. Also if the BT-67 mod comes into effect, remember that they're so throughly rebuilt they technically become 0-hour birds, and as such should have their age modifier for Mx reset.

Hell I'm on a roll so I'm gonna rattle off a few more conversions.

DC-3 - > Conroy Turbo Three or Tri Turbo Three

Tu-154/154A - Tu-154B

Boeing 727-200/200Adv > 727-200 Super 27

There's more out there but these ones I know of
