Hi I am not sure if anyones brought this up yet (I apologize if it was), but why is it that the A350-900 and A350-900ULR are nearly identical? The ULR has 20 less seats but the range is 17 miles shorter and the max range is 20 miles shorter? I don't see a purpose of having the ULR if the 900 is actually better in every category except takeoff distance.

Let me know your thoughts!

Yeah that's probably a mistake since ULR stands for 'Ultra Long Haul' so...  :(

Yea, its a mistake. The A350-900ULR, is listed to get a maximum of  up to 9,700 nautical miles, as Airbus website says. I don't know about the seating though :/
