In one of my airlines, there are 451 Bristol Britannias and I have 150 737-700ERs on order (might order more) so is there a way to replace it other than finding an aircraft, cutting routes, replacing it, and then adding flights again?

Go to the aircraft you want to replace. Click flight list. Select all the flights. Scroll to the bottom and there should be a change aircraft type. Select the 737 and you’re good to go.
