Well I used to not touch the default setting 'cause I thought It would be so hard for me to balance between payroll and morale, but anyway the morale became extremely low and I had to fix them to make more passengers.

Well, balancing IS really hard in real life, I think its even harder when it comes to this game

btw, I'm making a 93% Empolee morale reputation with this settng.

I dont think its overpriced.. remember this pay includes benefits, free flights, health insurance and uniforms. I think its priced fairly... i think the amount of flight attendants is almost 2x the amount it should be for an actual airline.
