I don't believe any aircraft in game older than the 1980's has an option for winglets... The L-1649 doesn't have that option in game, nor did it in real life...

I think that the oldest plane with a winglet upgrade is the 727-100 available from March 1964. But the winglets aren't an option until 1999 (like in real life).

I was sure of it))) But I have some Starliners with winglets from market.
It's Fuel Flow - 334 (6,190 without winglets) (Sorry my english 
)
