Whats the correct way to request a livery

I have made several requests here for liverys and each time I get met with some form of negativity from designers. I have been questioned as to why I asked more than one person to design a livery. I have followed formats on several threads as to how they want the requests made. I have even been ask as to why I am giving input as to what i am looking for in the livery. So whats the correct way to make a request and are peole allowed to have input into what they would like to see.

I have three liveries I am looking to have done and would like to work with some of the many designers here.

Why bother with asking other people to do work they clearly don't want to do when you can learn to do it yourself?
