Hi there, there has been this black screen that appears whenever I start using the site for more than 5 minutes or so, and that was the major discouragement that I've been facing and is the main reason why my Airlines have been quite inactive lately this problem is mainly on the mobile devices because using the website on a computer or laptop to manage my airline isn't really always convenient hence I request you to please fix it:/ or atleast give your views on the same

I have the exact same problem and i actually went to the service centre for my phone thinking it was my phone. So I guess Im not alone!

Clearly that isn't a problem with your phone as I've tried the same with my old phone too and the problem wasn't gone

The in-game use of AE has had a significant degradation in responsiveness and performance in recent weeks, I can confirm.
Desktop use is not affected.
