Well this isn't really how it works, you gotta write an application for the alliance you wanna sign up for. I would try applying for my alliance Venture, an alliance for new players.

^ I strongly second this. While there are great alliances like Unitedwings and DWA, they require experience first. Venture is a great starting place if you're a new member looking to get into alliances.
