Hi, I set up the airline and was intending to fly from London City to New york, setting as a first class low seat number high cost route, to enable the aircraft to fly non stop however I cant open the route?!

anyone know why?

Check to make sure the aircraft you have can use that short runway in London City, and has the range for the route.

Gosh London City has such a short runway
No plane is able to do a transatlantic flight using that 3000ft runway

Try something like an A318-100, A319-100, or B737-700 to meet the small runway and mid-range needs. Also make sure you're flying into JFK - LGA won't accept routes longer than 1500 miles unless you're in O1 or O2.

In the real world there are two flights a day from London City to New York,an Airbus A320, I think its configured with about 40 business class seats only, I also think it might land at Shannon to take on fuel.

The idea is to fly from New York overnight, have your meeting in the city and then fly back in the evening. its very popular I am told, I was going to see if this simulation would allow it.

I know that flight! [BA uses an A318 for it](https://onemileatati...top-in-shannon/).

You can totally do that in AE, using an A318 or A319.
